But take a few minutes and think about suffering people.
You don't need necessarily think about african children or nations in war. I'm sure if you look through the window there'll be someone suffering. Perhaps some kind of material necessity or who knows some kind of spiritual care. In the same way, if you want help these people, you don't need donate a lot of money or give food... sometimes, just a smile can save a life and change a destiny. If you could make both it would be awesome, but if don't, I'm sure that your smile, a talk or a hug can help a lot.
Go shopping, buy gifts, a large turkey and the drink... celebrate a lot, smile a lot but take just a few minutes to take care for sufferers.
Give a gift to yourself... donate a little time of yours for someone!
